  • Marketing Associate
  • Sales Manager
  • Purchasing Agent
  • Social Media Marketing Manager
  • Real Estate Agent
  • Sales & Marketing Specialist

  • Entrepreneur

The areas of marketing and management are both expected to see big growth this decade, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Employment in management occupations are projected to grow by 9% and add around 906,800 new jobs. Media and communications are also on the upswing, with jobs expected to grow by 14% — faster than the average.

With a specialized associate degree in management and marketing, you also lay the foundation to increase your opportunities for success. The BLS found that people who earned their associate degrees average almost 20% higher wages and had an unemployment rate two percentage points lower than those who had only a high school diploma. A specialized associate degree is also a potential jumping off point to getting your bachelor’s degree or even master’s degree later on as you advance in your career.

The BAMM program allows for diversity in a career path, so it’s a great choice for those that don’t have a specific skill they’re focusing on. South Hills provided a supportive learning environment with dedicated staff and administration. I always felt help was available when needed. Some of the things I found most useful at South Hills were the real work-life scenarios.
