Adobe InDesign CS3 Level I

Course Description:
This course concentrates on file control The class is introduced to the basics and continue to learn skills to plan, create, edit and enhance Adobe InDesign documents. Students must have basic word processing comprehension and knowledge of the desktop computer environment.

Teaching Methods:
1. Lectures/Demonstrations:
Each class will be used to highlight the important material within the days lessons using interactive discussions, computer demos. and group work.
2. Labs:
Each class is dedicated to hands-on learning, facilitated by the instructor exercises will be practiced at every class as a review to solidify basic skills and continue to learn additional skills as outlined in the Session Outline.
Lab Work:
We will spend time practicing publication creation using the tools and palettes and imported files. A part of each session will be hands on practice so students feel in control with the basic tools and techniques to create organized well planned documents.
