2023 Winter Reflections Craft Show Vendor Registration

The Winter Reflections Craft Show & More will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2023, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The entrance fee is $40 per table, which benefits the State College South Hills chapter of Phi Beta Lamba (PBL). It will be held in the Mazza Center, the student lounge, student activities room, and several other classrooms as needed.

Early setup is available from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 17, 2023. (Please do not come earlier than this because we have classes right up to 4:00 p.m., and we need to have time to set up the tables.) Saturday setup starts at 7 a.m. The tables are long classroom style tables. The spots are approximately 8′. Also, we do not allow tents of any kind on a vendor spot.

We will advertise through an outdoor sign at our school two weeks prior to the show and also through online, social media, and newspapers.
