“I graduated high school in 2015. I attended South Hills for the first time that fall. I studied in the Administrative Medical Assistant program and went to Geisinger Gray’s Woods for my internship. I graduated in 2017 with a full time job at Gray’s Woods as a Patient Access Representative. In 2021, I decided to go back to South Hills for the Medical Billing and Coding program. I had such a great experience the first time, of course I would want to go back! I graduated in 2022 with a full time job as a Coder I with Geisinger Health Plan, where I continue to work. South Hills has had such a positive affect on my life. I continue to recommend this school to anyone I talk to. I am so grateful for the teachers, faculty and staff that helped me prepare for my future.”

“I chose South Hills, because of the school size. At South Hills, you are a person, not a number. I definitely do feel like everything that was in my classes and program related. All the clinical skills I learned, the medical terminology, and the coding classes, these are still valuable to me now as a medical assistant. I would recommend South Hills to anyone because they make sure you are prepared and ready for a career.”
