Individuals interested in careers in law enforcement, corrections, or justice advocacy will learn the skills to launch their career in this exciting field. The hands-on curriculum combines theory with practice and application. Students will be taught an understanding of the criminal justice system and the socio-economic factors which impact the field. Students will gain experience with investigative techniques, basic security skills, and criminal justice process and procedures for Pennsylvania.
In addition to being taught the skills to work in the field of criminal justice, South Hills real-world internships can help give you the leg up on the competition by allowing you to practice the skills you learn in class.
