In 2000, South Hills School of Business & Technology and the Pennsylvania State University formed a partnership in order to provide South Hills students with an opportunity to explore internship opportunities at PSU. Since then, hundreds of South Hills students have completed internships and/or have been hired as employees at Penn State.
South Hills and Penn State have a partnership that spans nearly two decades for the purpose of giving South Hills students a chance to explore internship opportunities at PSU, which subsequently helps the university find quality, well-trained employees for its administrative offices. The alliance consists of two separate events: PSU Days Part I and Part II. The 2019 PSU Days Part I event took place in late January.
This year marks 18 years of partnership between South Hills School of Business & Technology and the Pennsylvania State University (PSU). This alliance was formed to provide South Hills students with the opportunity to explore internship and possible employment opportunities at PSU.
South Hills School of Business & Technology recently hosted members of the Penn State Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program. The Humphrey Program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, provides a year of professional enrichment in the US for experienced professionals from designated countries undergoing development or political transition. South Hills has had a long-standing relationship with the PSU Humphrey Fellowship Program and has welcomed several Humphrey Fellows over the years.
