  2. Register for your product using your South Hills email address. Click here to begin the registration process.
  3. Open your South Hills email account via the Outlook Web Access by clicking here and logging in.
  4. You should have received an email message from Microsoft Office 365 Support. Open the message and follow the instructions contained therein to complete the registration process. Note: If the message does not appear in your Inbox, please be sure to check your Junk folder, as well.
  5. After completing the registration process, you will be given the option to install Office 2016 by clicking “Install Now”.

If you would prefer to use the Office 2013 version, to match what you will be learning in the classroom, please click on the “Other Installs” link located below the “Install Now” button. Once there, scroll down and click on the small triangle next to “Install Office 365 ProPlus with the 2013 apps”. This will display an “Install” button at the bottom of the page. Click this to begin the download process.

NOTE: If you are running a Mac laptop, your choices will be between Office 2016 and Office 2011. In this instance, we recommend Office 2016.
  6. Once you’ve made your version choice, follow the instructions provided on the Microsoft webpage to complete the installation.
